Researchers are saying that the average person gains between 1-10 lbs (depending on study you choose to believe) during the Holiday season. Bottom line is, you gain weight during this period, and for most people, it definitely isn't lean muscle mass - it's ugly fat.
You may say that just 1-2 lbs of weight gain doesn't seem that much, but add that up over a few years and you do have a problem, don't you agree?
Because of this reason, I am lucky to reveal that I have been chosen to participate in an event called 12 Days of Fitness, where over 100 Fitness Professionals from all over the world will be giving away hundreds of gifts, for FREE.
