Why You Should Stay With Me In 2009
It was my fathers birthday on the 28th of December, so yesterday he and my mother went out to buy him a nice looking suit as a birthday gift from the family.
Before they went, I told them to pay a little extra for the suit and choose a smaller store, not go for one of the larger chains here in Sweden. They didn't listen to me and instead they went through 3 classic and well-known stores in order to try find a nice suit.
You see, my father is pretty short and have a few extra pounds, so I told my mother to make sure to get the suit tailored, but she said it wouldn't be a problem to find him a suit at the bigger stores.
When they came home, I knew how it had turned out.
My father tried out some suits at the bigger stores, and just like I said, it wasn't fitting him perfect. Either it was the body of the jacket or the sleeves that were too long.
Sure, that was one of the reasons I told them to pick a smaller store, but the most important thing was regarding the treatment. You see, at the larger stores, the personal touch didn't exist. The staff were standing at the counter and talking to each other, making jokes, basically they were doing everything else but taking care of their customers!
The second they stepped into the smaller store, they had a staff member come up to them and asked if there was something they needed help with. In a matter of seconds, they had 3 suits my father tried out, and he found one that he just loved, but it was the same problem as he came
across at the other stores, the suit wasn't fitting 100%.
So what did the staff member at this store do?
He took out the seewing needle and tape measurement in order to get the suit tailored for my father!
The bottom line, my mother ended up paying a little more and chose the smaller store, which resulted in the fact that my father got the suit he wanted, and it is going to look amazing on him!
What's the message behind all this?
Well, in 2009 it's going to be even more important then ever before to focus on the treatment of the customers, and with greedy owners only thinking about money and growing its company, somewhere down the road you lose the most important thing - the connection and trust from
your customers!
So that's the reason I don't see you as a customer that I am going to sell my Burn Fat at Home program to, I see you as someone to build a relationship with for the future.
By staying with me in 2009 you are going to see that I will take care of you no matter how much my business grow and how much money I make.
As a proof of that, I have built a free community at http://burnfatathome.ning.com for you so we can get to know each other, I am spending hours a day mailing and chatting with Burn Fat at Home followers, even though I haven't received a penny from some of them!
I have given away free workout programs and nutrition programs, all for you! I am also having a huge launch of my Burn Fat at Home Deluxe Package in the middle of January where you will be able to buy the Deluxe Package for the price of the Basic Package.
So with that being said, I just want to wish you a Happy New Year and I hope to hear more from you in 2009, and really hope we can get to know each other!
And as a lesson if you are working in the service industry: ALWAYS help the customer and make the experience as giving and pleasurable as possible for him/her!
By staying with me in 2009, you are going to be treated the way you deserve, I promise you that!
2009 is the year of giving and helping, don't forget that!
Gotta run now, but I talk to you next year =)
Best regards,
Jonas

Are You Juicing?

First one was a Juice Extractor, and the second one was a book on healthy food. Even though I know a lot on the healthy eating part, I constantly look for new sources of information in order to keep educating myself!
Let me first talk a bit about the Juice Extractor I received.
Believe me when I say that I am just like you. Just eating fruit and vegetables can be boring sometimes, and also very hard to find new exciting ways to prepare/cook it.
I did get a cookbook on healthy eating for Christmas, and it has helped me a lot! So now I am starting to find other ways to keep the cooking both fun and healthy, but since I am pretty educated in the area, I know I am not getting as much fruit and veggies as I should!
So I got this idea of a Juice Extractor and by accident I heard of The Juice Master - Jason Vale. I started reading and researching more on the topic, and I decided to go for it (was a bit sceptical at first).
I ordered the Philips Wide Chute Aluminium Juicer HR1861 and with it came a DVD called "Keeping it Simple!", by Jason Vale. I started by unpacking the machine, and then put the DVD into my laptop. It didn't take me long until I had to stop the DVD and give the machine a try!
I actually got excited by watching a DVD about a Juice Extractor! =)
One of the reasons I was a bit sceptical at first was due to the whole taste issue. You know, broccoli, celery, cabbage, and other veggies as juice, can't be too delicious. Fact is, with a few tricks you can hide that taste in the juice, and you won't even notice it.
Just add in a slice of lemon, lime, oranges, or apples, and I promise you, it tastes like regular juice, but 10 times better. I even had my mom come over to taste it, and she loved it. When I later told her I added in cucumber and carrots in the juice, she just couldn't believe it!
Tomorrow I am going to give it a try by adding in some spinach leafs, broccoli, tomato, and some celery. I am going to use the tricks I told you about and see if I notice the taste from the veggies I just metioned! Tell you more about it tomorrow!
Sure, by juicing you miss out on some of the fibers from the fruits and veggies, but all the vitamins and minerals you get is insane! More and more experts are actually putting juicing out there as one of THE BEST ways to a long and healthy life!
I am going to start off every single morning with a delicious juice, and I am really looking forward to see what it will do to my health! I'll let you know more about it in a few weeks!
Meanwhile, check out http://JuiceMaster.com for more info and "how-to" videos.
Oh, regarding the book I told you about! It's called "The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth", and sell for around $17 on Amazon.com.
I just started reading it and I love it so far. Will dive into it ASAP and I'll let you know more about it tomorrow!
Like Jason Vale says: Keep it simple! Good health!
Stay with me and I'll show you how easy it can be to develop a healthy eating lifestyle!

There's Officially No Need To Visit The Gym Anymore
Personally, I have been doing a lot of thinking, and evaluating things in my life the last few days. You see 2008 has been an awful year for me (actually started in 2007), because I have had a medical condition that has forced me to stay away from really intense training (which I love), and it was also the reason I had to turn down an offer of moving to Malibu, CA.
So here I am right now in cold and boring Sweden, when I could have been in sunny Malibu.
But fact is, I have learned a whole lot of things from this year, and without my problems, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to get to know you!
You know what they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and that’s really how it’s been for me.
I am almost 100% recovered by now, so 2009 is going to be the year of change for me, the year I will remember as a life-changing year (in a positive way).
With this being said, I would just like to tie it in with some of the thoughts that's been going through my head these last couple of days!
1. What's the reason for going to the gym?
A few years ago I would have understand if people decided to go to the gym because of the reason that people thought a huge home gym was the only thing that could replace going to the gym (you remember all those "home-gyms" we saw on TV - Shop, and which "were so small" that you could store them under your bed. Yeah, right, but when you took them out, they basically filled up the whole space of your apartment!
Fact is, they are still around and the industry is probably making a decent amount of cash selling this crap, but fact is, we are getting more and more educated, and definitely more sceptical to new, super tools that gives you six-pack abs in 3 minutes per day. That's a good thing, that we don't buy all the crap that's out there on the market today!
Today, people know you don't need machines and "home-gyms" to get in shape. It's quite the opposite actually!
Today you can have a complete home gym that literally takes no place at all. Today we know, scientifically, that bodyweight exercises and especially bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, pushups, and pull-ups are WAY better then sitting on machines and spending hours on all different types of cardio equipments!
The reason bodyweight training was considered to be limited before was the problem with finding a back exercise, but today there are tons of great equipment that will deal with that for you!
I was sitting online yesterday looking through different "fitness equipment" sites, and I found that the company GoFit has just launched a new product called Gravity Bar.
Personally, I have a set of gymnastic rings bolted to my ceiling, but before I started using them; I invested in "The Door Gym Multi", which is a chinup bar with an arch attached to it.
But when I saw the Gravity Bar (this was around 2.30 am last night), my head started spinning instantly. I started thinking of different exercises I could perform with this tool, and I am still blown away by this piece of equipment.
Check it out at http://GoFit.net
Worth mentioning, I don't make a single dime referring you to that site, and I never recommend equipment that I don't truly believe in. It currently cost $99, so that's something you need to take into consideration. But with a tool like that, there's really no need to ever visit the gym again, trust me, I know.
I use gymnastic rings for my workouts, and I must admit that's it a bit annoying having the bolts in my ceiling, so if I were to choose between gymnastic rings and the Gravity Bar, guess which one I'd choose?
The Gravity Bar does the same things a pair of gymnastic rings does, but with the difference that the Gravity Bar can be attached to your doorframe and be removed instantly, without leaving marks on the door frame! The best tool I have seen so far!
2. Burn Fat at Home Makeover
As I said, I have been doing a lot of thinking the last couple of days, and one thing that's been on my mind for a while is how to make my program Burn Fat at Home even more fitted to my newsletter subscribers and to those on my Ning-site.
After going through the whole program yesterday together with the responses from the survey I sent out a few weeks ago, I found a few things that I'm going to adjust to make Burn Fat at Home as easy and convenient as possible!
So when I am writing this post, I have just taken a break from the re-design of the program.
As a side note, I am also working on an amazing offer that will blow your mind and which is scheduled for launch during the middle of January. More information on that in a few days...
These thoughts and ideas has been on my mind the last couple of days, and with 2009 approaching, I know big things are happening, for both you and me!
Are you prepared for 2009?
Made any New Years resolutions you'd like to share with the rest of us? If so, feel free to share by commenting on this post!
I talk to you soon,
Jonas

The Importance of Tracking What You Eat
Anyway, since I am heading out to lunch with my baby sister right afterwards, I wanted to give you the reason why it's so important to track what you eat.
The last couple of weeks, I have received a lot of questions from people asking what the very first step to stay on top of their nutrition is, and without a doubt the most important thing is to track it with a journal.
So how do you do it?
Pretty simply actually. Start by writing down exactly what you're eating, for example:
3 whole eggs
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 red onion
2 slices of whole wheat bread
After you have done that, I want you to rank it between 1-5, where 1 represents "a really bad choice", and 5 is "the best choice possible".
At the end of the day, you should count those points and see what they sum up to. If you're eating 5 meals, that means you could have 25 points at the end of the day.
If you end up with 10 points, then that's a very bad day. 20-25 is considered a good day.
At the end of the day, I want you to calculate your points, and then just write some notes on the results. For example:
"25 points. I did great today. No cravings, felt productive and sharp, were able to work out for 25 min".
If you had a low result, then write down your feelings and what you believe was the reason for getting such low results.
The idea here is to be able to track your progress and stay on top of your intake. If you get low results, don't see it as a failure, see it as something that needs to be improved, something you should learn from!
By writing down your thoughts and feelings, you will be able to go back to that in order to get that positive feeling back, and track positive patterns!
So grab a notebook and get to work!

Is it really worth $10.000!?
The other day I sent out a survey to my newsletter subscribers regarding what topics they would like to read more about, and at the top of that list was "motivation, and how to motivate yourself through life when it comes to setting goals, sticking to exercise, etc".
So therefore, I wanted to share this post with you that I sent out to the list yesterday!
The post is regarding a personal improvement/goal achievement program out there that blew my mind, and that you may want to consider investing in as a Christmas gift for yourself!
My guess is that you probably have heard of all different types of goal achievement programs out there, where some tell you to just think positive thoughts and they will come true, and where some tell you to set up small goals because they are easier to reach.
The program I am referring to is not like all the other goal achievement programs, fact is, it's quite the opposite.
The program is called The Magic Hundred, and is created by UK:s most respected personal trainer/coach Dax Moy.
If you read the subject line of this email, you saw that it said "Is it really worth $10.000!?".
So what does that have to do with it?
Well, I first came in contact with the program and Dax Moy through Craig Ballantyne and one of his seminars. I thought The Magic Hundred sounded interesting, but I still didn't feel like
investing in it, because I felt it probably was like every other goal achievement program out there.
However, a few weeks later I decided to give it a try. One of the absolute best and most powerful things about the program was that it came with an audio version as well, meaning I could put it on my iPod and listen to it in the car, when I was out for a walk, before I went to bed, etc.
Bottom line, I have been listening to the audio program probably more than 20 times the last few months, and it's so powerful it's insane.
Regarding the $10.000 issue, what does it have to do with this program?
Well, based on The Magic Hundred, I decided to ask Dax Moy for an interview that I could include in my Burn Fat at Home program, and Dax agreed pretty quickly and did it all for free.
A few weeks later, I heard that Dax were launching a new Mentorship Program for fitness professionals. What I did?
Well, I sent him my application (over 15 pages) and I got accepted. Was it for free?
Definitely not, it cost me $10.000, which makes it the most expensive mentorship program in the world! At that point, it was not like I had $10.000, but when you want something so bad, you just make it happen.
I found a way to come up with $10.000 and the rest is history!
The message from this is that I decided to pay Dax Moy $10.000 based on The Magic Hundred and one single interview.
Do I have to say anything else?
I haven't regret it one single time, and it all started with The Magic Hundred, a goal achievement program that sell for $59.99.
If you are considering 1 Christmas gift to buy for yourself, this really is the program I'd recommend 7 days a week!
Click here to get The Magic Hundred right now!
Believe me, this will be the best investment you have done so far, and as I said, it made me pay out $10.000 without doubting a second!
That's all for now!
Sincerely,
Jonas Forsberg

Stop Making Excuses!
I had a discussion the other day with a client of mine, and it made me think about one thing, a very common thing when people are trying to change their habits and for instance start eating healthy and get in shape. You know what that common thing is?
Excuses! Ever heard of it before? =)
I would like to share an excerpt from the Burn Fat at Home program.
People find it hard to start a new exercise program for several reasons. Some people try to hide it by using excuses to why they don’t have to start a new exercise program.
As I said, I have heard a whole bunch of excuses to why people “don’t need to” start a new exercise program. Check out this excerpt to see some of the excuses I have been told over the years:
From Burn Fat at Home - The Manual. Page. 11-12:
Some of the most common excuses:
- “I don’t have time to exercise.”
(With Burn Fat at Home you do have time. You do have 12 minutes per day, right? )
- “I am too tired when I come home from work.”
(This one is fixed easy. Do the workouts before you go to work.)
- “I might not be in the same shape as I was 15 years ago, but a few extra
pounds and extra fat won’t kill me.”
(Research shows that adding a few pounds of fat over the long run is very dangerous. Let’s say you add five pounds of fat each year. Multiply that by 10 years and you do have a problem. Weight gain later in life is far more dangerous, especially for women.)
- “I don’t need to exercise. I take the stairs every day.”
(Sure, that’s better than nothing, but it won’t get you in your best shape ever — Burn Fat at Home will certainly help you reach those goals.)
- “I am too old to exercise.”
(Resistance training is the most effective way to prevent and treat osteoporosis and arthritis. Even if you can’t perform high- intensity workouts, still aim to perform resistance training since this will get your bones stronger and you will be able to stay in the game a few more years.)
- “I eat healthy so I don’t need to exercise.”
(Try to go for that if you want, but it is BS. Exercise mixed with good nutritional habits is the only way to enjoy a healthy life. Sure, controlling your nutritional intake may keep your weight and fat at a steady level, but exercise is the only way to strengthen bones and work your cardiovascular system.)
- “It won’t hurt if I cheat today. I will correct it another day.”
(Let me put it like this, getting in to a state of mind where you just push things forward will
only cause you problems. The typical “Eh, I’ll just do it tomorrow” attitudes is probably the MOST COMMON reason for failure when it comes to health and maintaining a healthy weight. You won’t do it tomorrow. Take action and start the Burn Fat at Home program today!)
Take a few minutes to think about these excuses. Have you used any of them yourself?
If that's the case, I hope you realize it’s time to make a change!
Your coach,
Jonas Forsberg

Are Weight Scales and BMI a Good Way of Measuring Health?
Some of these diets are more stupid than others. Remember, the media is supposed to make headlines, and the more out of the picture, the better.
So what is the problem with all these diets and weight loss programs?
To start with, most of them involve subtracting one or more food groups from your diet. The truth is, when you take carbohydrates or fat out of your diet, you are doing more harm to your health than good.
The media often seems to have found a new mind blowing diet or weight loss program that is capable of getting you in the best shape ever.
They provide images of people that have lost HUGE amount of weight in NO TIME. This is the wrong picture to portray for two reasons: the word weight, and the methods advertised.
1. The BS About Weight

Should you really focus exclusively on your weight? Definitely not!
For those of you who know anything at all about the human body and its functions, you know that muscles are more dense than fat, which leads to the fact that muscles mass is more compact than fat and only takes up 1/3 the space.
What we should focus on instead is body fat and the way we look and feel. Weight itself does not show whether you are unhealthy or not, at least not the way the general public tends to believe these days.
When you read about health in the newspaper, they always talk about weight! It is rarely about fat, and that is really the big issue today.
2. BMI - A Good Way of Measuring Health?

Magazines often provide a BMI calculator for the reader so they easily can determine whether he or she is in the danger zone.
You may think that BMI sounds like a decent measurement to determine health, but let me tell you that it is NOT! Look at this list:
- Shawn Crawford, Sprinter (USA)
- Mark Lewis-Francis, Sprinter (GB)
- Ryan Bayley, Cycling (AUSTRIA)
I could keep adding names to this list all day long. Wondering why I am showing you this list?
These world class athletes are all classified as overweight by the BMI guidelines. You can also find athletes that have been classified as obese by BMI guidelines. Come on!
Do you really think world class athletes that basically live for training and health would be overweight and obese?
The reason you should take BMI guidelines with a grain of salt is similar to the issue of weight scales. BMI does not consider the fact that muscles are more dense than fat.
Bottom line: From now on, do not use BMI when it comes to monitoring or deciding whether or not you are unhealthy, or in the danger zone.
Do however, use weight scales, BUT ONLY, if you use it together with either a tape measurement or fat percentage test!
Sincerely,
Jonas Forsberg

Do You Have Enough Support Online?
support.
Researchers at the Karolinska Institute (Sweden actually), studied
men and women from an online weight loss club to see what made
the difference between people who successfully lost weight and those
who didn't.
Their findings wasn't too surprising actually. They found that those
men and women who used the weight loss club online most frequently,
also were those who lost the most weight.
What's the lesson learned from this?
Well, it shows the importance of having social support. And a lot of
people have a hard time finding that social support in their surrounding,
so therefore online support is one of the most important factors for
success if your goal is losing weight or getting in shape!

I would like you to head on over to my newly created "The Burn Fat at Home Inner Circle" so we can get to know each other.

Alright, time for nutrition tip #3-4!
=> Nutrition Tip #3 - Eat carbohydrates!
Here's where a lot of people get it wrong. Most of you know that carbohydrates are "suppose" to be the bad guy today.
Fact is, that's not correct. Carbohydrates are the only nutrient who serve the brain and the Central Nervous System, and that's one of the reasons people with a low carbohydrate intake experience lack of concentration and have a hard time focusing over a longer period of time.
Bad carbs:
- Processed/Modified Carbs. This includes food sources such as:
Bread, Pasta, Cereal, Granola Bars, Muffins, and anything else that is pre-packaged in a box or bag.
So basically, sources that are not eaten in its original form, that's a carbohydrate source to avoid.
But before we go on, let me tell you one thing. I definitely don't eat based on an all or nothing type of approach. I love pasta, rice and bread, and I do eat it, I really do.
With that being said, I don't eat it with every meal and I don't eat it in huge portions, I fill up my plate with more colorful greens and vegetables, and with lean protein sources.
- Everything that is in its natural form: All different types of veggies you could imagine. Follow the "rainbow" approach and mix as many colors as possible!
A lot of people tend to forget that vegetables are considered to be carbohydrates, so by limiting your intake of pasta, rice, and bread, and increasing your intake of colorful veggies, you are still getting a good amount of carbohydrates.
And don't worry about overeating and gaining weight on vegetables, that's basically impossible. There's not a single person in the history who has gained weight on eating too much vegetables, so don't worry about that!
I just told you what carbohydrates sources to avoid and which ones to choose, and today I got a similar topic regarding fat.
What I recommend for all nutrients is to find whole food sources, meaning food products that are in its original form. So that's one thing you will see me coming back to pretty often!
To move on, here's the list of 3 different fatty acids:
- Saturated
Without going to deep into this, saturated fat is what you should keep as low as possible.
Saturated fat is the animal produced fat, such as the fat around the pork chop, the high fat content in cheese, milk, etc.
For dairy products, choose low fat options. The only difference between low fat milk and high fat milk is exactly that, the fat content. You still have the same amount of vitamins and minerals in
both of these, so always choose the low-fat version.
I won't go into the difference between the two unsaturated fats, but when it comes to food sources, these are the ones to choose most frequently:
A good option is to choose a quality Omega-3 supplement if you have a hard time getting these food products into your daily nutrition intake.
That's it for today!
You know have 4 nutrition rules to take with you, and you will get the next 2 within a day or two. So for now, start implementing these rules into your daily schedule together with the workout from The Bodyweight Holiday System and you will see rapid changes, I promise you that!
Have a great day,
Jonas Forsberg

4 Time-Management Tips for the Holidays

The issue I am talking about has to do with stress, because for some strange reason, people are rushing like maniacs during this period!
To solve that problem you need to be prepared, and I have 4 tips that definitely should get you on the right track! Let's check'em out!
=> 1. Plan One Day Ahead
The evening before, you should start by planning your outfit for the next day. Take out that suit/dress, and put it in a place where you easily can access it in the morning. This is the time where you also take out socks, underwear, etc.
You do this do avoid last minute panik, for instance, running around looking for one sock, for your belt, your purse, etc.
You get the point? Everything that has to do with dressing should be planned the night before!
=> 2. Grooming
Men
This has to do with the famous morning-shave. Don't get me wrong, we all have our routines and our different levels of hair-growth, so if you want a sleet shave every morning, then I won't stop you.
But it is highly recommended to get it done the night before, because let's face it, how often don't you end up stressing yourself through the shaving, leaving you with those red and nasty irritation burns on your throat?
Grooming experts say that to get the optimal shave, you should always do it after a warm and steaming shower (your hair-follicles gets smoothen up), and during a time when you don't feel stressed out.
There are also evidence saying that when you have been sleeping (being in a horizontal position) for 8 hours, your face is swollen in the morning and you tend to run an increased risk of getting irritated burns on your skin.
Women
Ladies, you probably (and hopefully) don't shave your legs in the morning (you are often more prepared then us men), but if you decide to put a facial mask on, let's do that the evening before shall we? Yeah, I know, make-up can be a bit tricky to put on the night before!
=> 3. Notes
If you ask almost any successful person in this world how they plan their days, I can almost guarantee you that 90% tell you that they write down some notes the night before. It may include tasks they need to complete the following day, or maybe just some bullet points with things to have in mind for the upcoming day.
So learn from the best, write down some notes on a blank piece of paper (or on your Blackberry/iPhone if you got that as an option). Don't make it an essay, just a couple of words or short sentences that will help you remember when you look back on it the following day.
=> 4. Set the alarm
You have probably heard this one before, but it is a very important rule. People (including me), thinks that 15 min extra of sleep really is going to make a difference, so we set the clock on 06.15 instead of 06.00.
What happens when you do that is that you only end up stressing, and that's something we want to avoid in the morning. A good start is always very important.
But here I am going to ask you to get up not only 15 min earlier, but at least 30 min earlier than usual.
The reason for that is that I highly recommend you to perform a workout as the first thing you do in the morning. There are several reasons for that:
a) Physical activity releases endorphines (your body's "happy hormones"), which means that after a workout, your are going to feel a lot better and be in a better mood.
Research is showing that companies who have their employees getting a workout done during their lunch break, comes back to work much more productive then their fellow colleagues who haven't gone for a workout.
A morning workout has the exact same effect, and I can honestly tell you that I very often perform a short and intense bodyweight workout as the first thing every morning, and I end up being extremely productive and positive throughout the rest of my day.
b) You are all set and done. When you work out in the morning, you can get home from work and not having to bother thinking about how you are going to fit a workout into your schedule this evening, or try to motivate yourself even though you don't feel like working out, etc.
c) All you need is 10-15 min of active work. That's it. 45-60 min is not necessary, I promise you that. Decrease the time and increase the intensity, and I promise you that you'll experience amazing results!
Alright, so now you got a few tips to think about. I actually think it turned out to be a few more than just 4 tips, but hey, that one's on me =)
Stay strong and be prepared,
Jonas
PS. If you find this article to be useful and you decide to take action on it, then I have a perfect gift for you (but only if you act before Dec 10).

How to Get Through the Holidays Without Gaining Weight

Just kidding, the Holidays are wonderful, but horrible for people who are trying to stay in shape!
When the Holidays are approaching, we often tell ourselves: "I am not going to allow myself to gain weight during this period, I am going to make good food choices and keep visiting the gym 3-4 times a week during this period, and so on..."
Do you recognize that? Isn't it funny how we always tell ourselves that, but almost every year, we make the same mistakes as the previous one?
I have been lucky for basically my whole life since I have been a sport freak, playing all different types sports all year long. We even played ice hockey on Christmas Eve for like, 10 years in a row. But hey, times catching up. I am not playing actively anymore, and not half as often as I used to, so you are not alone by telling yourself that: “this year, I am going to stay in shape throughout the whole Holiday period”.
I mean, the biggest problems me come across when facing the holiday spirit is to move our butts and get some work done in the gym. Believe me guys, been there, done that!
And how easy isn't it to fall for the temptations at the Christmas dinner table, where you have all your relatives and friends pointing out "how little food you have on your plate", and comments like: "are you on a diet"?
8 out of 10 times, you got uncle Dave weighing 300 lbs next to you, and he is definitely one of those who comment on your plate size and whether you are dieting or not!
Let's be honest, no one wants to admit that they are on a diet. Because when they do, people start saying, "you should enjoy life, and food is God's gift from heaven…”
Don't you recognize yourself? I know I do. These stories could basically have been taken straight from my family’s Christmas dinners.
So what you are waiting for right now is me giving you tips on how to avoid overeating at Holiday parties, but fact is, I am not.
I am going to tell you to eat just as much as you like, hey, you could even unbuckle that belt of yours!
You see, some tips to how you could avoid overeating at dinner parties include drinking a huge glass of water, green tea, a fist of almonds, etc. By all means, use those tricks if you like, but they are not what are going to make the difference in this case.
The difference is exercise, and a certain type of exercise. As I mentioned earlier, going to the gym during the December period is extremely challenging, and it's no wonder the gyms are a lot less crowded during this period!
What if I told you that all you need is right there in your own home?
No expensive and fancy cardio equipment, and no fitness balls. The only you thing you do need is some type of chin-up bar (you may even have one installed outside your front door, at a playground?)
And the 10-15 min ride it usually takes to get to the gym, that's all you need for the workout! What do you think of that, sounds like a good solution?
If so, I got the ultimate gift for you. It is a workout program I have created named The Bodyweight Holiday System, and which is a 12-day workout program that will solve all your problems.
It will help you stay in shape during the Holiday period, and still allow you to eat quite a massive amount of food!
Alright, now you are waiting for the sale. You have just turned on your defensive mechanism, so what seemed so good in the beginning, now doesn't feel too exciting anymore.
Fact is, before you decide to leave, I got a little surprise for you. The one-time only, the super discount I have for you if you take action right now, is a one-time fee of:
$0.
Yeah, you right, it's for FREE.
But...
It's only for FREE if you take action on it right now. After Dec 10, this offer will be taken down, and the program will start selling for at least $37.
If you sign-up now, you'll also get one email from me every single day between Dec 10 - Dec 22, where I will be checking up on you and take you through each step of this 12 day program. What also comes as a bonus is one unique nutrition tip - every single day for those 12 days, which will help you make smart decisions on your journey towards a healthier life!
Why am I doing this?
Well, it's because of my mentor Dax Moy. He convinced me to show some Holiday spirit and share my true colors with the rest of the world. So consider this an early Christmas gift - from me, to you!

The Bodyweight Holiday System
Researchers are saying that the average person gains between 1-10 lbs (depending on study you choose to believe) during the Holiday season. Bottom line is, you gain weight during this period, and for most people, it definitely isn't lean muscle mass - it's ugly fat.
You may say that just 1-2 lbs of weight gain doesn't seem that much, but add that up over a few years and you do have a problem, don't you agree?
Because of this reason, I am lucky to reveal that I have been chosen to participate in an event called 12 Days of Fitness, where over 100 Fitness Professionals from all over the world will be giving away hundreds of gifts, for FREE.
Some people are giving away nutrition courses, athletic specific workouts, fat loss, six-pack abs workouts, and so on.
Some have created videos, audio lessons, or ebooks.
What I decided to create for this charity work was a workout program that will help you get rid of that ugly belly fat and stop yourself from gaining weight during the Holiday period. The program is a bodyweight program consisting of 12 unique workouts that you will be able to perform in the comfort of your own home, and all you need is some type of chin-up bar.
The workouts take between 10-15 min to perform, which means you still have hours to run around in stores buying all those Christmas gifts.
Together with the program, you also get one email from me personally every single day for those 12 days, and through those emails I am going to make sure you stay on target and don't cheat, and as a bonus, I am giving away one unique nutrition tip for each of those 12 days.
The name of the program?

How you get your own copy?
Here's the deal. You need to visit 12 Days of Fitness, sign-up for the form and wait for instructions that will start going out on Dec 10.
In those emails, look out for the link to The Bodyweight Holiday System, and then follow instructions in order to get your copy of the program!
Remember, everything is for FREE and it will not cost you a dime!
So don't be stupid, take action on this offer right now while you have the chance!
Your friend and coach,
Jonas Forsberg

Get Free Fat Burning Workouts
I have been working quite a while now to update and change a few things in my life. I have taken a whole new approach to everything, and I have decided to get out front and be honest with everyone, and not hide what my thoughts and values are.
Recently, I added My Creed video, and so far my family, friends and clients have all been calling and emailing me saying how much they loved the video, some even shared a few tears.
I'm so glad that I am able to help and inspire people around me, that's what I am here to do.
The last few weeks I have taken action and completed more things than ever before, and the projects are all starting to reach the finish line. Some of the things I have been doing so far is:
- Created this blog (posting at least 1 post per day)
- Giving away tons of articles and information for free
- Helped a friend to lose several inches of fat from his belly - for free
- Created My Creed video and inspired hundreds of people.
- Turned one of my exclusive reports into a master resale right product, which means I am giving it away for free to people so they can do whatever they want with - share it with friends, make money by selling it (and keep all the profit)
- I removed some of the "information-overload" type of products I had on my Burn Fat at Home website and created a sample program with workouts and nutrition tips for people to take action on right away. Make sure to grab your own Fat Burning Workouts at BurnFatAtHome.com.
- I am contributing to the biggest fitness gift giveaway in industry, and have created a completely new 12-day program called The Bodyweight Holiday System, and yes, I am giving it away for free. If you want to reduce all the stress and get some work done during the middle of the Christmas rush, click here to visit 12 Days of Fitness.
Your first response to all of this is most likely: "Yeah, sure, giving it away for free. This guy is just trying to trick us, he wouldn't do this if he didn't get thousands of dollars for it".
Okay guys, as of today, counting all of these things I have created and given away, I have earned a total of:
$0
True story, I promise. So why in hell would I do all of this?
A very long time I was walking around saying to myself "I deserve so much more than he/she does", and I truly believed it. In that sense, I guess I am not different to anyone else.
But then I came across this guy named Dax Moy (which now happens to me my mentor), and he taught me a very important lesson.
He said that "you do get what you deserve". A long story short, the word "deserve" has it's roots in the latin De (of) and servis (service). So the bottom line: You get rewared by the level of service you give.
A huge lesson to be taught here. Take my advice on this one: stop thinking about yourself and start helping people around you. I promise you, it really feels great, like you actually are making a difference!
Success will come to you as well, we really do get what we deserve. So if you don't have what you deserve, than go out there and get it!
For making the world a better place =),
